Fees and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed.

• Only students whose fees have been paid in full will be permitted to attend classes.

• All fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that students attend regularly and punctually.

• Students arriving late may be refused entry if admitting them would disrupt the lesson.

• Any missed sessions, regardless of the reason, cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.

Behaviour

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors, staff, and fellow students at all times.

• Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• SundaySchool UK reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour negatively affects the learning environment. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Damage to Property

• Students must treat the premises, furniture, equipment, and learning materials with care.

• Parents or guardians will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property that is deliberately or negligently damaged by their child.

Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices

• Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or placed on silent during lessons unless their use has been authorised by the tutor for educational purposes.

Dress Code

• Students may wear casual, appropriate clothing suitable for a classroom learning environment.

Lunch and Breaks

• Students should bring their own packed lunch unless otherwise advised.

• Students who leave the premises during lunch or breaks do so entirely at their own and their parent or guardian's responsibility.

• Students must return promptly for the start of the next session.

Health and Safety

• Students must follow all health and safety instructions provided by tutors and staff.

• Parents or guardians must inform SundaySchool UK of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or additional learning needs before the course begins.

• SundaySchool UK will take reasonable care to provide a safe learning environment but accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Personal Belongings

• Students are responsible for their own personal belongings.

• SundaySchool UK accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Course Dates and Timetable

• All advertised course dates, times, tutors, venues, and timetables are subject to change where reasonably necessary.

• Parents or guardians will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course commences unless otherwise agreed.

• Once a course has commenced, all fees are non-refundable.

• No refunds, credits, or replacement lessons will be provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, appointments, transport issues, or any other absence.

• If a student chooses to withdraw before completing a course, any remaining fees are non-refundable.

• Where SundaySchool UK cancels a course and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund or credit will be offered for any sessions that cannot be delivered.

Cancellation by SundaySchool UK

• If a lesson is cancelled due to tutor illness, adverse weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, SundaySchool UK will endeavour to provide an alternative session or suitable replacement where reasonably possible.

Safeguarding

• SundaySchool UK is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment for all students.

• Students are expected to follow all safeguarding and behaviour policies while attending classes.

Data Protection

• SundaySchool UK will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

• Personal information will only be used for administering courses and communicating with parents or guardians. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with appropriate consent.

Photography and Marketing

• Photographs or videos of students will only be taken or used for promotional or marketing purposes with prior consent of a parent or guardian.

Examination Results

• SundaySchool UK provides professional tuition designed to improve students' knowledge, confidence, and examination performance.

• While every effort is made to support students in achieving their best possible results, SundaySchool UK cannot guarantee any specific grades or examination outcomes and accepts no liability for examination results.

Amendments

• SundaySchool UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.

• The latest version will always be made available to parents and guardians on our website and will apply to future bookings and courses.
